ADVANCED COURSE
we will tell you in great detail about all the theoretical and practical nuances of flying a quadrocopter
Theoretical lessons:
- Lecture about DJI company, success story;
- We will tell you about the current legislation and flight rules, about flight zones and flight control;
- Consider the device of the copter and the theoretical foundations of flight;
- We will get acquainted in detail with the control panel, thoroughly analyze the functionality of all controls;
- We will get acquainted with the technical terms used in the unmanned field;
- We will analyze flight modes, their purpose and functions;
- Consider the gimbal device, and camera control modes;
- We will study in detail the scheme of operation, the principle and basics of safe handling of the drone's intelligent battery;
- Full review of pre-flight preparation, calibration, checklist;
- Consider undesirable places to fly, restricted and unsafe areas;
- Will analyze the principle of operation and functioning of the return home mode;
- We will consider extreme flight modes - vortex ring during active descent;
- Rules and techniques for flying at high altitude and in strong winds;
- Rules for performing flights in severe weather conditions and at negative temperatures;
- We will take a closer look at the DJI GO 4, GS PRO, Pilot, Fly apps, as well as optimal settings, flight and shooting modes;
- Flying near obstacles or at low altitude.
Practical lessons (outdoors in good weather):
- Pre-flight checklist and flight preparation;
- Calibration of the compass and other systems (if necessary);
- Setting in the application DJI GO 4, GS PRO, Pilot, Fly, setting the optimal parameters of the copter, flight and camera;
- Optimal setting of the return home point and operating mode;
- Launch, correct takeoff, hold, basic figures; **
- Safe and competent landing, stopping the propellers of the drone;
- Fundamentals of safety of extreme control and maneuvering in flight;
- Flights in different modes - P, ATTI and sport;
- Learning and applying the return home function;
- Proper and safe takeoff and landing on hand;
- Practical use of intelligent flight modes (Active Track, Tap Fly, etc.);
- Working out complex figures for shooting - shooting in side flight, control of gimbal inclination in flight, flight around the object);
- Using intelligent flight modes for high-quality video shooting (Draw and Point of Interest modes).
** Takeoff, flight and landing is carried out only after the registration of the quadcopter and obtaining a permit for flights by the pilot in the required territory where training is conducted.
Course duration: 1-1.5 hours.
At the end of the course, you will have professional theoretical and practical knowledge of quadrocopter control.
Quadcopter control training is performed on ModelForce.eu quadcopters or on your quadcopter*. In the case of flights on drones owned by ModelForce.eu, a deposit equal to the cost of the quadcopter is paid (retail price on the ModelForce.eu website on the day of the flight). In the event of an accident or other damage to property, damages incurred by ModelForce.eu or third parties will be deducted from the deposit. But such cases are practically excluded, since the flights take place under the supervision of an experienced instructor.
*For the free course, your quadcopter must be purchased from us. For a paid course, this is not important.
